Jovin is born with Cerebral Palsy Spastic Quadriplegic syndrome and has been with the SPD for a year. A budding artist of vision, Jovin's talent is evident here through the mystical yet dynamic conceptualization of a hollowed circle with multiple layers. Through the contrast of light and colour, the resulting artwork is one of imposing depth, dimension and conviction.
